Rental Rate Policies

The following is a brief explanation of our rental rates, policies, and how they work. If you have any questions please call us at 440-934-3736 or email at travoninquiry@cs.com for further explanation.

Rental Period

Depending on the item rental equipment have rates based on 4 hour, 8 hour, 24 hour, weekly and monthly time frames.

Party & Event item rates are based more on the event date with some flexibility allowed for pick up / return. Most items can be picked up the day before your event and returned the day after your event for a one day charge.

Damage Waiver

Damage waiver is available on most of our equipment for an additional 10% charge which covers the customer for any accidental damage to the rental equipment. Details are available on the back of the contract.

Dishes & Flatware

Dishes and flatware need to be washed free of food and repacked in the same containers.

Linens

Linens, Napkins and Skirting should be returned dry and free of food and decoration waste in the yellow return bag supplied. Items do not need to be washed. All linen hangers should be returned.

Additional Charges

Additional charges will occur if equipment is kept longer than the original contract period. If rental items are damaged or missing additional charges may apply. Fuel and cleaning charges may also apply depending on the rental item.
