Taylor Rental of Avon is dedicated to giving back to the communities it serves and enjoys supporting various causes. We are committed to helping non-profit and philanthropic entities and in the past have supported school and church events, sports organizations, Eagle Scout projects, community service groups, food banks, silent auctions and others.

As a donation we would typically offer a discount on rental items or a gift certificate depending on several factors such as the type of event, items requested, inventory availability, time of year and overall donation activity.

Please use the Rental Inquiry form to submit a request for your charitable cause. Donation requests should be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event date to be considered.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive we are not able to support them all and we ask that as much information be included about your cause. If we are unable to participate in this event we invite you to contact us again regarding your next event.
