The 30SG has a hydraulically-driven cutter wheel that is raised and lowered into the stump and then moved from side to side to cut down. The 30SG is powered by a 33hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-Twin engine.
The cutter wheel system is designed for both safety and ease of operation, with all controls conveniently positioned on the operator console. Activation begins with the left hand placed on the hand rest, automatically enabling the Cutter ON switch. A simple press of the green Cutter Start button with the right hand engages the wheel, and releasing the controls stops it instantly for operator safety. The Lift/Lower lever provides smooth, responsive control over vertical movement, while the Swing Control allows effortless left-to-right steering. Together, these intuitive functions give the operator precise control of the cutter wheel for efficient and reliable performance. Pricing does not include tax or damage waiver. If a trailer is needed, it would rent for $25 and tows with a 2" ball. This rental has a $200 security deposit.
