We are currently accepting applications for full time and part time positions of Rental Store Customer Service.
The successful individual will be involved in several areas of the business with front counter as well as some back room responsibilities.
Complete training provided.
Some Position Tasks & Responsibilities include:
* Prepare Rental Contracts for customers
* Explain rental fees and provide information about rental items
* Answer telephone and receive orders by phone
* Respond to customer requests via email
* Recommends items to customers that meet their needs
* Pull Dish /Concession equipment orders for customer rental
* Check in / Inspect orders upon return
